Hay para todos los gustos, playas muy extensas con arena fina y blanca, zonas verdes y pinares, campos de golf, jardines, centros comerciales, puerto deportivo que ofrece todo tipo de deporte acuático, bares, restaurantes, discotecas, y paseos. |

| El chalet tiene 3 dormitorios (máx.. 6 plazas), cuarto de baño, cocina (equipada con frigorífico, lavadora, horno, placa de vitroceramica, microondas y termo de agua caliente), salón, porche, patio con barbacoa y pergola. La parte delantera de la parcela tiene un aparcamiento privado con espacio bastante para 2 coches. La casa se encuentra dentro de la zona urbanizada llamada "Las Rapaces", tiene muy buen acceso de la carretera. Esta zona esta a 2 kilómetros (5 minutos) de las playas de Sancti Petri y La Barrosa y aproximadamente 3 km del centro urbano. A corta distancia de la casa, (5 minutos andando), bares, tiendas, un supermercado. restaurantes y discoteca. Es una zona muy tranquila pero a la vez muy cerca a todo. |

This is "Villa Marine" my week-end and summer holiday place. It's got 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds and a foldaway single bed), 1 full bathroom, lounge with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, micro-wave, fridge/freezer and washing machine). The garden area has a barbecue and pergola which provides shade, there is a very reserved patio at the back which is a real suntrap and a large grassed area. The porch at the front is cool in the summer heat. The house is situated in Chiclana de la Frontera, about 3 kilometres from some lovely white sand beaches (La Barrosa, Novo Sancti Petri and Sancti Petri). The historic city of Cadiz is about 35km away, (half an hour drive). South along the coast are many other fine beaches such as El Palmar, Caños de Meca, Conil, Roche, Tarifa, etc. all are only short drives from the house. If you prefer to explore inland the towns of Jerez, Arcos de la Frontera, Vejer de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia and the natural parks of the Cadiz province are all within easy reach. Seville, surely one of the most historic and beautiful cities of Europe is a two hour drive from Chiclana. Chiclana itself, a quiet provincial town that is rapidly growing in poularity as a holiday destination. The whole area is famous for its fine fortified wines and seafoods. Everyone here is very friendly but you will have to practice your Spanish as English is not widely spoken, as with some other Spanish holiday destinations. There are various fine golf courses very close by, horse riding, watersports, fishing and tennis can all be practiced in the area. |

| I'm Paul Pearson. I've been living here in Cadiz for fifteen years now. The house is mine and we use it ourselves quite alot. It's clean and comfortable, set in a quiet and very safe residential area. Ideal for a family with young children. There is a supermarket, shops, some bars and a restaurant within easy walking distance from the house. In the not so immediate area but still fairly close by there are pine groves, parks, walks and of course the beaches are never far away. If you decide to rent my house (week-end, week, fortnight, month or whatever), you will find it fully equipped for you to enjoy a trouble free stay here in the province of Cadiz in Andalusia, Spain. Finding your way here is no problem, if you fly into Jerez, Gibraltar or Seville, follow the well sign posted roads to Cadiz and later more specifically Chiclana (de la Frontera). Once here call me and I will meet you and take you to the cottage.
