Constitution of the Central African Republic

The Central African Republic has adopted several Constitutions--under normal parliamentary system--and Constitutional Acts--under colonial or dictatorship rule--since Ubangi-Shari (Oubangui-Chari) became Central African Republic on 1st December 1958. The 2016 Constitution adopted on 30 March 2016 is the current constitution of the Central African Republic.
