EDDY DOR
(Barítono)
El barítono Eddy Dor termina en 1975 el colegio musical (Departamento de Guitarra) de Armenia. En 1987 realiza los estudios en el Colegio de Música y Pedagogía de Canto de Armenia, ingresando, más tarde, en el Conservatorio Estatal de Armenia, (Departamento de Canto).
En el 1992 termina el Conservatorio Estatal con la calificación de solista de opera y profesor de canto.
1992-1994 termina Master Clases en el Conservatorio Superior Estatal de P.I. Tchaikovsky de Moscú, donde su profesor fue mundialmente famoso el barítono P.G. Lisizian.
Durante su carrera colabora con el Gran Teatro de Moscú y actúa como solista en “Bolshoi”.
Ofrece numerosos conciertos en Rusia, Ucrania, Estonia, Letonia y Alemania.
En el 1994 por su reconocido trabajo, recibe el certificado y título internacional de profesor de Canto y Música (Doctorado).
En el 1993 gira artística por los Estados Unidos. Conciertos en Boston y Los Ángeles. 1993-1995. Laureado del Concurso Lírico Internacional “ Re Manfredi” Manfredonia (Italia), conciertos en Alemania en Wissbaden, en España: en Madrid, en el Escorial, en el Palau de la Música de Valencia.
En los últimos años ha ofrecido numerosos conciertos en diversas salas de Valencia y poblaciones de Castellón y Valencia como Morella, Cheste, Alginet, Turis, Torrente, Segorbe, Torrente, Sagunto, Rafebunol, Llanera de Ranes, Bolbaite, Xativa, entre otras.
En el año 2001 Laureado del Concurso Lírico Internacional de V.Bellini (Ragusa-Ibla-Italia).
En el octubre del 2001 ofrece conciertos en el Teatro “Capitolio” de Godella y en el Círculo de Bellas Artes de Valencia y la Asociación Cultural Volga.
En el Noviembre del año 2001 ofreció un recital de canto en el Palau de la Música en Valencia.
En el 2003 ofrece numerosos conciertos en Los Países Bajos en las ciudades Ámsterdam y Hilversum.
En el junio 2003 ofreció un recital en el prestigioso Palacio de la Música Concertgebouw y Cristofori Hall (Ámsterdam).
El barítono Eddy Dor tiene un gran repertorio, más de 400 obras musicales de compositores antiguos y modernos. Su repertorio incluye también numerosas operas tales como G.Verdi “La Traviata”, W.A. Mozart “Las bodas de Fígaro”, Mozart "Cosí Fan Tutte", P.I Tchaikovsky “Eugueni Oneguin”, y “La Dama de Pika”, G. Rossini “El Barbero de Sevilla” entre otras.
Aparte de sus conciertos el barítono Eddy Dor tiene una gran experiencia como profesor de canto. Su trabajo pedagógico incluye la educación y desarrollo de la voz, la técnica de canto, la selección y la preparación del repertorio, interpretación escénica, preparación para la participación en los Concursos de Canto.
Conocido crítico musical José Luis Gallach subrayó en el periódico “Levante”:

The baritone Eddy Dor finished his studies at the Music School of Armenia (Guitar) in 1975.
In 1983 he began his studies at the College of Music and Pedagogy of Singing of Armenia.
Finished his studies in 1987 with excellent results. In the same year has passed the competition exams to the State Academy of Music of Armenia (Department of Singing) with a grand success.
In 1992 he finished his studies at the State Music Academy Graduating as Opera and Concert Soloist and Professor of Singing.
1992-1994 he was selected to pass 2 years master class of renowned baritone P.G. Lisizian at the State Music Academy of P.I. Tchaikovsky in Moscow .
During his career he collaborated with the Moscow Grand Theatre and appears as soloist in Bolshoi Company. Eddy Dor has given numerous concerts in Russia , the Ukraine , Estonia , Latvia , Armenia , Georgia , Italy , Spain and Germany .
In 1993, in recognition of his contribution to singing and music teaching, he was awarded the UNESCO International Certificate of Professor of Singing and Music Education.
In 1993 he gave a concert tour of the U.S.A. appearing in Boston and Los Angeles .
From 1994 to 1995 he has given concerts in Germany ( Wiesbaden ) and in Spain ( Escorial , and Palau de la Música Valencia ) and was honored at the International Opera Singing Competition “Re Manfredi in Manfredonia ( Italy ).
In the past few years, he has given various concerts in Valencia and Castellon (Morella, Cheste, Alginet, Turis, Torrente , Segorbe, Castellon, Sagunto , Rafebuñol, Llanera de Ranes, Bolbaite, Xativa among others).
In 2001 he was honored at the Bellini International Singing Competition (Ragusa-Ibla en Italy ).

In November 2001 he gave an big recital at the Palau de la Música Valencia ( Spain ).
Baritone Eddy Dor has a big repertoire, more than 400 works of the old and modern composers and operas: G.Verdi “La Traviata”, W.A Mozart “The wedding of Figaro”, Mozart "Cosí Fan Tutte", P.T. Tchaikovsky “Eugenie Onegin” and “The Dame of Pika”, G. Rossini “The Barber of Seville and etc. All works are interpreted at original language (more than 10 languages).
Besides the wide consort activity, the Baritone Eddy Dor was dedicated to pedagogical work as a Singing Professor in Russia and Spain .
In 1996 to 1998 he gave a various cycles of master class of lyric singing in Valencia ( Spain ). His pedagogical work includes the development and improvement of Singing Technique of his students, selection and preparation of lyric and opera repertoire for scenic interpretation and participation in singing competitions.
Renowned Spanish music critic Jose Luis Galiana Gallach underlined in “Levante” newspaper: “ The wide range of his voice and his experienced ways of scenic interpretation, which permits to fill all tones and shades of each work of music of his varied repertoire…” ( Valencia16 of May of 1996 “LEVANTE”).
