Digital Equipment and the Swedish telecommunications company Telia announced last August the creation of local versions of Digital's popular search engine AltaVista for the North of Europe, one of the most visited on the internet.
Now AltaVista is on offer in most European languages. The new web site provides the power of this search engine by words, with quicker access from this side of the Atlantic, high velocity, and all that together with a more simple interface, in the Spanish language.
