Calvario 04.05.2008 "Sjoelen" (a Dutch table game) is no known game for the young people of the street in the hot Madrid. But they did enjoy it a lot. Although the wooden disks nearly went through the back. Mija kept an eye on the players to see if they did not play a snide game "Tramposo" as they say in Spain... David the main leader of "Aqui cabemos todos" (black T-shirt) also lifts up a warning finger. You are now listening to the kind of music which ussualy is playing in the background during these games. Altough these boys look a bit tough they still enjoyed baking cookies for Mother's Day. The youth workers of the Calvario church and some of the short term mission workers are mixing well together during the program... The cook was a short term mission worker called Sarah from Italy who studied on the mission training college "Corner Stone" in Beugen. |
